So I have been reading up on some healthy foods that I don't normally have, and came across some interesting info on Brazil nuts, courtesy of Wikipedia:
- They contain 1000x the radiation of most other foods. Ironically enough this is because of their extensive root system
- They have the highest saturated fat content for a nut
- They are more commonly found in Bolivia, not Brazil
- It's not unusual for the tree to live to 1000 years
- You can get Brazil nut oil for your clocks.
- They're actually not a nut -- they're a seed
Now on to stuff I'm supposed to be reading...
