Sunday finds

Today I was able to take advantage of the excellent save $40 when you spend $80 deal at Pennington's. I'm grateful it came around after I got my first paycheck from my new job! Woot!  Here are some pics of what I got:

A nice purple ruffly cardigan. The area I work in can get quite drafty, so cardigans are a popular addition to my desired wardrobe right now.

Continuing on the purple theme, I picked this really soft cable knit scarf up for $5! 

This top I actually got in a sort of BMO-blue colour.

I also picked up six pairs of socks, a necklace, and a beige tank top.

Sadly I had to return these beautiful shoes to The Bay as they fit waay to small (I ordered them online when we were getting some new frying pans and needed to spend $10 more to get free shipping ;) ):

In other news, I completed five (?!) loads of laundry, two rounds of dishes, baked some banana bread, and taken Sally on a 40 minute walk. Thankfully she's still quite pooped from both the walk and the booster shots she got yesterday, so hopefully she won't mind if we journey off to enjoy the last night of Londonlicious.
